Happy New Year, Oh Happy Me!

(long post alert)

First of all, I'd like to wish you a happy new year!
Well.. It's January 5th now, but the new year vibe is still there.

Anyway, I am so glad and feeling blessed!
On the first week of January, I got some freelance jobs already.
Even on the very last day of 2015, I was able to finish another work. Yay! (Sorry for being so proud of myself, teehee)

My latest work: faces on the tees. I made 60 different faces in less than a week!

And of course, not forgetting to share my trip to Malaysia with my school fellas!
So yeah, the 5 of us went to our neighbour country. It was our first overseas trip together.
We were so excited and waited for months before we could actually flew.
We stayed at First World Hotel in Genting Highlands - you should've known that it is very famous, moreover for its Casino.

At first, we thought it was going to be boring to just stay at the hotel but uh ohhhh, the Casino turned to be so interesting, lol!

All of us had turned 21 last year (2015), so we are legally allowed to play in the Casino area.
We made our membership card and stuffs. The security checked us at the entrance because most of us have younger faces, especially me.  They kept on checking me because my face is somewhat you call a 'baby face'. :')

I was proud at the beginning but then it started to bother me. Dude, I'm 21.

Then I bet you know already what was happening there. We played at the casino most of the time.
It was a new experience for me because I had never been in one before. And it was quite addictive for sure!

We played the jackpot machines at first, trying our luck but no no, it just kept on sucking our money! :(

At the end of our second day, I spent RM225 (approx. IDR700.000) on the machines..... *I was devastated seriously*

But things started to turn better when we learned to play Roulette. I even asked my mom and dad for lucky numbers :') Slowly, I got back my lost money- the whole RM225! Yayyyyy!

You know, we also had some quite scary experiences.
First. We were riding a cable car to go back to our hotel when suddenly it stopped! It was very windy and rain started to pour. We didn't expect that it was going to be that horrible. The cable was actually going up and down and shaking us inside the cable car. We screamed because it was really scary :(
Thank God, we were able to get back safely!

Second. We went down to KL for celebrating new year. It was sooo crowded and I never thought that it was so packed. We stayed at Bukit Bintang and went to KLCC where the Twin Tower is, and we had to walk back because the LRT was not working that night. It took us more than 30 mins. Scary people were on the street. We saw a group of 'punk' kids who brought bottles while running, and so... we couldn't help but to run too. We ran away from them. There were also some annoying people who sprayed stuffs to strangers. And we started to run again.

Ok, basically this post is describing our trip in details. I think I need to stop talking and will just show you some pictures!

At Berjaya Times Square

We visited Chin Swee Cave Temple and each of us had a 'photo-time' hehehe. Yeah, the perks of travelling with fellow design students- you are able to get a new profile picture.

New Year Eve's in front of the famous Twin Tower! It was 2 hours before we got tired of the super crowded streets :')

Lastly, thank you for giving some time to read this long post. I wonder if there is someone who actually read this though.

Have a nice day.
